Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for all of our clients and to respect the time of our team, please review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment.

Appointments
    •    All appointments must be booked in advance via phone, text, email, or our online booking system.
    •    New clients may be required to provide contact details and a deposit at the time of booking.
    •    A consultation may be required for certain services (e.g., color corrections, extensions).

Deposits
    •    A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your appointment.
Deposits are taken at the time of booking and applied to your final bill.
    •    Bookings will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.
    •    Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment if at least 48 hours’ notice is given when cancelling or rescheduling.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
    •    We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.
    •    Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% rebooking fee.
    •    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or failure to attend (no-show) will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

Lateness
    •    Please arrive on time for your appointment.
    •    If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and a late fee may apply.
    •    Chronic lateness may result in refusal of future bookings.

No-Shows
    •    No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
    •    Repeat no-shows may be required to prepay in full for future services or may be refused service.

Refunds
    •    We do not offer refunds on services rendered.
    •    If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 5 days so we can offer a correction.

Important Note
Once you have booked an appointment with us, we reserve that time exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our small business, as it is difficult to fill those spaces on short notice.


    We reserve the right to charge the full price of the appointment missed due to a late cancellation or a no-show.
