1. Cancellations made (48 hours) or less before an appointment will be subject to a rebooking fee of 50%.
  2. Please be advised that cancellations made up to (48 hours) or more before a scheduled appointment via (email, text, or phone call) will be processed without a penalty.
  3. A deposit of 30% will be required to secure an appointment for any services booked at the salon, the deposit will be taken at the time of booking of the appointment. The booking will not be confirmed until payment has been received.
    Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you give the salon at least “48 hours” notice that you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment.
  4. Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than (24 hours) before it is scheduled to occur or do not show up, it massively affects our small business and it’s tough to get that appointment taken at such short notice
